Case Study - Nigel Millington
The Community Transport Waltham Forest (CTWF) Connection
Nigel aka “the Boomerang kid”. Nigel first joined Community Transport as a driver in 2005 working with us for periods leaving to pursue other ventures outside of driving but somehow the pull of the road kept bringing him back to base. Nigel took his position at Community Transport Waltham Forest very seriously and was part of an exceptional team delivering the Accessible Transport Shuttles for the London Olympics. He was a very popular driver on the Homes to Schools service. Finally in 2014 Nigel decided to take the leap of faith and train to drive the red buses and after successfully passing his assessment has now joined the public transport services. Nigel still pops into see us all!
